Thinking vs Overthinking

This is something that we ALL do…and we don't even realize that we are doing it.
Every day there is so much information that the world throws at us that no wonder that sometimes we find ourselves overthinking…but the good news is that we don't have to accept all that information and process it…
We can CHOOSE what we allow in our brains or not.
God gave us our brains to think, but we mess it up with overthinking. So to put it in perspective thinking is a natural process, but overthinking is not healthy for your mental health.
When we overthink we are giving too much time with less quality to a thought, project, idea or whatever is that you are obsessed with. Your body becomes tired and worn out. You can not sleep well at night because overthinking is taking control of your rest and life.
The overthinking keeps us away from living in the present moment.
So to break FREE from this…schedule time to think/create in your project, then when you are done, give yourself permission to not think until the next scheduled time.
